Battle Case was born to fill a gap in the market — between fragile cases and expensive premium options.
Designed as a natural extension of the Safe and Sound system, it offers robust construction, flexible storage, and modular expandability — perfect for both home display and secure transport of magnetized miniatures.

This variant features smaller trays and denser slot spacing, giving you even more control over how your army is organized and displayed.

Key Features & Included Components

Dense Multi-Level Storage with Small Trays

Inside the case is a precision-cut shelving insert with 9 grooves spaced at 48 mm, allowing you to build compact, multi-tiered layouts — ideal for storing large numbers of infantry, skirmish forces, or modular combinations of troops and centerpiece models.

Included in the set:

• 4 small HDF trays (269 × 198 mm, 3 mm thick)
  + each tray includes a 0.4 mm galvanized metal plate pre-glued to the surface (3,4 mm in total)

• 6 universal connectors — for vertical stacking or, when combined with thetray version, for supporting extra shelves.

   Note: The Small Tray version only uses connectors for vertical stacking, not for internal reinforcement.
  This quantity is ideal if you also own the Standard Tray version and use more trays.

Flexible Storage Configuration

This system gives you full control over how you structure your space:

• Use all 9 grooves (by adding more trays) for dense infantry or small unit storage

• Or space out the trays to fit up to four very tall centerpiece models — like dragons, massive mechs, or towering monsters.

• Or mix both: compact rows below, spacious tiers above

• Additional small trays are available separately — perfect for maxing out all 9 grooves when storing large numbers of models. 
  In theory it can fit approx 750 small infantry models or a mix of bigger ones.

Why galvanized metal plate instead of ferromagnetic foil?

The 0.4 mm galvanized plate provides stronger magnetic pull — especially for heavy models or smaller magnets — making it far more reliable than common foil-based alternatives.
