Basing a full army can easily become a project of its own. Tainted Planet Instabases keep that part simple by giving your models a ready scenic surface with the atmosphere of a world touched by alien contamination. Instead of recreating the same colors, texture and finish across dozens of bases, you can carry one visual theme across characters, units and larger forces.

There are no major height differences, so most miniatures can be mounted in a standard way without changing their pose, foot placement or gluing plan in advance.

The theme leaves room for different interpretations. It can represent a contaminated world, an unusual ecosystem, a planet altered by unknown processes, or a natural environment for forces that already belong there.

Key Features & Included Components:

Pre-Painted with 3D Texture: No painting required. High-quality, multi-layered printing on a 1mm–2mm textured surface creates the look of a finished scenic base straight out of the box. 

Tainted Planet Theme: Built around alien contamination, changed planetary surfaces and organic color shifts, these bases give miniatures the look of belonging to a world shaped by unknown processes. They work especially well for exploration forces, research teams, invading armies, alien creatures, mutants, monsters, contaminated planets and display models that need a strong sci-fi scenic base.

Realistic Variation: Several surface designs are included in every base size, with selected sizes offering even more variation. This helps units look more natural and less repetitive while keeping the army visually connected by the same tainted-planet theme.

Gloss Varnish Protection: A protective gloss varnish layer helps preserve the printed surface during gameplay, transport and regular handling, while adding depth to the printed colors and surface details.

Optimized for Wargaming: Compatible with glue, pins and magnets. Ideal for use with magnetic transport systems. These pre-painted scenic bases provide a fast, reliable basing solution for tabletop wargaming, hobby gaming and miniature display.
