Instabases Battlefields: Crimson Trenches keep that part simple by giving your models a ready scenic surface with the atmosphere of a devastated trench battlefield. Instead of recreating the same muddy ground, damaged timber, battlefield debris and blood effects across dozens of bases, you can carry one visual theme across characters, units and larger forces.

There are no major height differences, so most miniatures can be mounted in a standard way without changing their pose, foot placement or gluing plan in advance.

The theme leaves room for different interpretations. It can represent a historical trench line, a grimdark battlefield, siege works, a post-apocalyptic war zone or another setting marked by prolonged and brutal fighting.

Pre-Painted with 3D Texture: No painting required. High-quality, multi-layered printing on a 1mm–2mm textured surface creates the look of a finished scenic base straight out of the box. 

Crimson Trenches Theme: Built around churned mud, battered and bloodstained wooden planks, barbed wire, spent shell casings and pools of blood, these bases create the look of a battlefield in the aftermath of a brutal clash. Muted earth tones contrast with strong crimson details, while gloss varnish gives selected blood effects a wet, realistic appearance.

Realistic Variation: Several surface designs are included in every base size, with selected sizes offering even more variation. This helps units look more natural and less repetitive while keeping the army visually connected by the same cool-toned technological theme.

Durable & Battle-Ready:
A protective varnish layer helps preserve the surface during gameplay, transport, and regular handling, keeping the miniature bases clean and presentation-ready over time. Selected bloodstains and pools of blood have a gloss finish to create a wet appearance.
